Are you open on holidays?

We are open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Sundays and Mondays at The L Salon. We are routinely open on Valentine’s Day and Halloween, and closed for holidays that occur on Sundays or Mondays, in addition to observing Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours in advance notice for cancellations at The L Salon. Failure to show up or cancel within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge. We'll remind you in intervals before your appointment in addition to 24 hours prior, but ultimately, it's your responsibility to remember. Thank you for your cooperation!

Do you offer hair treatments?

We offer various hair treatments including Cezanne, Curl Cult, Aveda Scalp Treatments, Hair Detox Treatments, Conditioning Masks, and K18. For more information on our treatments, follow the link here.

What hair color treatments do you provide?

We offer a multitude of color treatment options at The L Salon, including, Root Touch Up, Hairline Touch Up, Root To End Color, Face Frame Highlights, Partial Highlights, Full Head Highlights, Glaze, Blonde/Color Refresh, Grey Hair Enhancement, and Double Process Blonding. What products do you sell at The L Salon?

Aveda Color Products and EVO + Arrojo Products, in addition to Cezanne Smoothing Treatment Products that are included with our Cezanne Smoothing Service to maintain your treatment.

How can I participate in your Model Project?

The Model Project is a training program that gives our newest stylists the tools and resources they need to offer the highest quality haircare services to future clients. Classes are held on Tuesdays starting at 9:00 am and ending around 11:00 am. While haircuts are free, I understand that color services start at $30 to cover the cost of products. By participating as a model for advanced training, The L Salon the reserves the right to use before and after pictures for all social media and marketing purposes.
